Having owned nine different homes since the age of 22, Leo Lee personally understands the art of buying and selling properties. Investing in real estate right after graduating from college in China, Leo received 5 times return within 6 years from 2010-2016. Following his passion by moving into the real estate business was an organic transition, “Through my international work with business clients and consumers from all cultural backgrounds, I developed an exceptional understanding and anticipation of customer needs.”
Before becoming a Realtor, Leo worked in a multinational telecom corporation as a director of business development for 10 years. Leo has comprehensive global experiences and worked and lived in China, Russia, Ukraine, Western Europe and now in the capital of the US. Leo also worked as a currency trader in the wealth management department in one of the leading global investment banks. His experiences at his previous work included sales, purchasing, business negotiation, management, investment and financial planning at the corporate level, honing his clients service skills and attention to detail.
“I love to market and sell homes through staging, great photography, and presentation,” Leo says. “Having worked in finance and large corporations, I know it’s all about investment and presentation, and I bring that to the table with my clients every day.” Leo's strong professional background, preeminent customer service, and extensive knowledge of investment have proven to be great assets to his clients.
“At the end of the day, it’s about the client,” he says. “I have great clients, and I love to help them and be of service. I feel my work is meaningful every time I help my client found the right place to start their family, business or dream. This part of the job really encourages me.”
An international studies school graduate, Leo speaks Mandarin, English and Russian fluently.
